The staff was super friendly, especially Cindy! The hotel had a nice vibe with cool Chicago photos everywhere. My bed was comfy enough for a good night's sleep, but the breakfast left a lot to be desired—waffles should be made, not frozen. Just wish they paid more attention to cleaning the rooms. that was a letdown.
